Yungondi Gallery Exhibition Program hosted by Guildhouse features a Triptych, Changeling a, c & b, (The Pulchritudinous, Abominable Fly incorporating a ‘dreamstate’). Working with several concepts, the paintings explore the interconnectedness of horror and pleasure, by re-imagining how we think about ourselves, through the complexity of our lived experiences. The work aims to invite viewers to contemplate both consciously and unconsciously their own perceptions of ‘self’.
